Katie Stuckey - revisited

Katie and I had another mini session for her Senior portraits. Our schedules have been hit and miss lately, but we plan to have her full session soon! Here are a few shots from this MHS Senior's photo shoot.

Sami Jo

We couldn't have asked for better weather than we had last evening for some superb portraits. Sami's backyard is just what this on-location photographer looks for.

See ya next time Sam!

MHS Senior Courtney Webber

This was by far my longest session of the year (4 1/2 hours)!! Courtney has a clothing selection that is practically endless. It was tough to call it quits when she has such a huge variety of outfits. This is one reason Scott Photography doesn't put a time limit on your session - we'll shoot until YOU decide when we're done, not the clock. Your senior portraits are meant to tell a story of what you like at this time in your life and to capture as many expressions as we can. We find it impractical to do this with one eye on you and the other on the clock!

Nice job Courtney,

Your portraits are awesome, can't wait for you to see the rest on our big screen theater system.

Expressions Expressions Expressions

One of the first things I noticed about Danielle was the myriad of facial expressions she has. Danielle is a very expressive senior which comes in handy on stage and in front of the camera. She could pull off dramatic, fun, soulful and some somber looks on the drop of a dime. She immediately went from one look to another which kept me on my toes trying to catch them all. It was truly amazing! By the time we were done with her three hour session, I felt like we were old pals.

2009 Senior - Katie Stuckey

Katie and I had some spare time and some great weather that we wanted to benefit from - Katie has a 1000-watt smile to go along with her friendly personality, she made my job easy as she fell so naturally into her poses. Katie left for Colorado the very next day after her mini session, when she returns we will have her full photo session, which I'm positive we'll get some amazing images.
-------travel safe Katie!! - we'll see you when you return.

2009 Model - the one and only SAMI JO

Sami Jo

It's going to be impossible to photograph this 2009 Senior too much. Sami was chosen when she was an 8th grader to be our model!! We've known her and her family for many years and it's going to be bitter sweet seeing her High School Senior year approach.

I'd like to share with you some expressions that people rarely see - and that's her NOT SMILING. She is an absolute blast to be around and is constantly all smiles. Sami is full of life and has this very positive aura about her that is extremely contagious with whoever is in her company.
